Classes will run from Monday, August 3 – Friday, August 8, Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to approximately 5:00 pm, Exam will be on Saturday from 8:30 am – 11:30 am.

The two new Manuals needed for the 2026 – 2027 USPAP Continuing Education Course, which will be purchased from the Appraisal Foundation, www.appraisalfoundation.org, are:
- 2026-27 7-Hour National USPAP Continuing Education Course Student Manual – Print or Digital $35.00
- 2026 Guidance and Reference Manual (GRM) – Print or Digital $75.00
If students already own the 2024 – 2025 USPAP Standards document, you do not need to purchase for the 2026-2027 cycle. You do need to bring the paper or electronic version to class.
If you have questions about the materials, please contact The Appraisal Foundation (TAF). Please order materials in enough time for delivery if you are purchasing the hard copies. TAF should be contacted directly at 202-347-7722 or info@appraisalfoundation.org.
