All events are not located in the same place for registration.

Everyone (AI and Non-AI students) must have a user name (email address) and password (reset by signing in to the Appraisal Institute website, and choose forgot password to get link to reset). When registering, keep in mind registration fees are priced according to a reduced fee for downloading materials and do not include a hard copy of materials. You will pay an additional fee for materials and shipping if you do not want to print materials on your own or bring an electronic device.

7 Hour USPAP 2020-2021 @ Raritan Valley Community College

There are two (2) required books for this class: the 2020-2021, 7 Hour USPAP Update student handbook which is ordered through the Appraisal Institute and the Appraisal Foundation’s 2020-2021, Uniform Standards of Professional Practice (USPAP) Book.

If you choose printed materials when registering for the Appraisal Institute course, you will pay an additional $15 plus shipping. If you do not choose printed materials, you will download your materials from your Appraisal Institute account portal, Education and Events section, and you must bring your laptop or print the materials to be used at class. In addition, you will need to purchase the Appraisal Foundation’s 2020-2021 USPAP Book at The chapter will have a limited amount of USPAP books for purchase at class.
