Picture IDs are required to receive CE. You will upload your picture ID on your Appraisal Institute portal.
You must have a working camera and mic to receive CE for this interactive class.
100% attendance is required to receive CE.
Class will begin at 9:00 am. The Zoom link will be accessible at 8:30 am to test your camera and mic.
Please note: There will be a 30 minute lunch and 2 breaks.
The two new Manuals needed for the 2026 – 2027 USPAP Continuing Education Course, which will be purchased from the Appraisal Foundation, www.appraisalfoundation.org, are:
- 2026-27 7-Hour National USPAP Continuing Education Course Student Manual – Print or Digital $35.00
- 2026 Guidance and Reference Manual (GRM) – Print or Digital $75.00
If students already own the 2024 – 2025 USPAP Standards document, you do not need to purchase for the 2026-2027 cycle. You do need to bring the paper or electronic version to class.
