The two new Manuals needed for the 2026 – 2027 USPAP Continuing Education Course, which will be purchased from the Appraisal Foundation, www.appraisalfoundation.org, are:
- 2026-27 7-Hour National USPAP Continuing Education Course Student Manual – Print or Digital $35.00
- 2026 Guidance and Reference Manual (GRM) – Print or Digital $75.00
If students already own the 2024 – 2025 USPAP Standards document, you do not need to purchase for the 2026-2027 cycle. You do need to bring the paper or electronic version to class.

Please note there will be a 30-minute lunch and a morning and afternoon break.

Virtual Meeting Requirements to get CE:
- Students must have webcam/iphone/ipad/smartphone capability 100% of the program to participate and receive continuing education credit. The platform will be interactive and live. The instructor must be able to physically see and interact with all students and students must be able see and interact with the instructor.
- You must send a copy of a picture ID, which can be your driver’s license with all details blacked out except the name and picture emailed to the Chapter office as verification after you have registered for the offering and prior to the offering start date.
- You cannot take virtual education from a vehicle; you must be able to see the presentation, be seen and respond if necessary.
- If you are using your Ipad/Iphone/smartphone please download the ZOOM app prior to offering.
- Please check your webcam privacy settings on your computer.
Check state approvals before registering to make sure the states you are licensed have approved the course/seminar and allow Virtual education in place of classroom education during the pandemic.

The 3-Hour Program is on Zoom from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. The Zoom link will be emailed to registered students prior to the class. The Zoom class will open up at 8:30 AM ET to test your audio and video which is required for 100% of the class to receive CE.
The program is approved by the New York State Board of Real Estate Appraisers for 3 CE hours, the Massachusetts and Maine Appraisal Boards for 3 CE hours and submitted to the New Jersey State Board of Real Estate Appraisers, New Hampshire and Rhode Island State Appraisal Boards. Pennsylvania is reciprocal with New Jersey, but you need to be licensed in New Jersey to get a CE certificate.
